Felicia Connor, Psy.D.

Felicia Connor, Psy.D. ABPP-RP is a licensed clinical psychologist who practices in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York. She also holds Board Certification in Rehabilitation Psychology. Her diverse career spans across working with children, adolescents, and adults, and offering psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups. Over the past decade, she has honed her expertise in neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation to include cognitive coaching, focusing on individuals grappling with medical and neurological conditions such as concussion, brain injury, and multiple sclerosis.

Her foundational training equips her to address a wide spectrum of psychological issues, including depression, trauma, anxiety, adjustment to disability, grief, pediatric and behavioral management, confidence-building for high-achieving individuals, relationship challenges, employer burnout, and multicultural concerns. She adopts a holistic approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, spirituality, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to empower her patients and instill confidence as they strive to progress toward their goals. Ultimately, her work aims to assist individuals in transforming their mindset to positively impact their lives.

Her clinical interests extend to therapy with a spirituality focus, culturally informed therapy and assessment, and concussion management across the lifespan. Recognized for her expertise in cultural awareness and sensitivity issues, she has been a featured speaker at national conferences and non-profit organizations, contributing to the broader conversation on these vital subjects. She is published in the area of cognitive remediation (cognitive coaching) and leadership development.

Dr. Connor pursued her undergraduate studies at Johnson C. Smith University and earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. She completed her internship and postdoctoral year at Holcomb Behavioral Health. She held a psychologist position in the rehabilitation department at A.I. duPont Children’s Hospital and served as a senior-level psychologist at NYU Langone Health. She is currently the Director of Training at NYU Langone Health-Rusk Rehabilitation, for an APA Accredited Pre-doctoral training program where she specializes in training doctoral level students in rehabilitation, with individuals dealing with neurological and medical conditions, while providing supervision to predoctoral interns. Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Connor enjoys traveling, reading, attending art museums and spending time with her family on the soccer field.

Natashia Brown, Ph.D.

Natashia Brown, Ph.D., CAS is a highly skilled clinical neuropsychologist and certified addiction specialist. She has a wealth of experience performing neuropsychological assessments, delivering individual and group psychotherapy, and providing cognitive rehabilitation services to children, adolescents, and adults. Her extensive clinical practice encompasses a wide range of therapeutic areas, including addressing life stressors, managing frustration, alleviating sadness and depression, addressing anxiety and worry, assisting with sport-related injuries, managing grief, addressing anger issues, addressing work-related stress, exploring spirituality, and managing trauma. Dr Brown has also assisted patients in addressing alcohol and substance abuse and addiction, emotions around disease progression, and adjustment to medical illness and brain injury.

Dr. Brown earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, completed her Ph.D. at the University at Albany, and pursued her Postdoctoral Clinical Neuropsychology training under the guidance of Dr. Elkhonon Goldberg at Fielding Graduate University. Throughout her career, she has held positions in various settings, including medical centers (both inpatient and outpatient), university counseling centers, community mental health and substance abuse facilities, New York City schools, child summer camps, and private practices. Additionally, she has contributed to the field as a psychology instructor for doctoral and master's level students and has served as a Senior Psychologist at NYU-Langone Medical Center. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her son, spending time with family, trying new recipes, meditating, and watching a fun tv series.

Taylor Groth, Ph.D.

Dr. Taylor Groth is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in conducting neuropsychological evaluations and therapy spanning the entire lifespan. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University's Derner School of Psychology and completed her fellowship in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation at NYU Langone Health Rusk Rehabilitation. With numerous publications covering a wide range of topics, including psychotherapy techniques, the treatment of eating disorders and trauma, the ramifications of medical trauma, and borderline personality disorder, Dr. Groth brings a wealth of expertise to her field.

In her private practice located in New York, Groth Psychology and Wellness, she draws upon her comprehensive training in child and family psychology, developmental psychology, cognitive rehabilitation, and neuropsychology. This extensive knowledge informs her therapeutic approach, allowing her to offer personalized therapy and assessments tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Allegra Califano, MA

Allegra Califano, MA is currently pursuing a doctorate within the Clinical Psychology program at Long Island University, Brooklyn (LIU). She holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the same institution. With a diverse range of experiences, Allegra has provided therapy to individuals spanning different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, across various research and clinical settings. Her clinical work has encompassed delivering individual psychotherapy in a collegiate environment and assisting individuals with severe mental illnesses such as prodromal psychosis, bipolar disorders, and schizophrenia, as well as addressing mood, anxiety, and personality disorders.

Allegra’s specialization lies in neuropsychological testing and assessment. Furthermore, she has actively contributed to research projects exploring topics such as the connection between family trauma and animal abuse, the correlation between violence and psychotic disorders, and the examination of how neurodevelopmental disorders influence the presentation and onset of psychosis in early adolescents and adults.

Anna Stumps

Anna Stumps is pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Science at the University of Delaware (UD). Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, which she earned from the University of Kansas in 2017.

Throughout her graduate studies, her primary focus has been on developing a robust research program that aligns with her long-term career aspirations of becoming a clinical psychologist. Her research approach involves employing a diverse range of analytical methods to explore the intricate relationship between stress exposure, cognitive-affective systems, and psychopathology across various stages of life.

Beyond her research pursuits, Anna is also actively engaged in applied clinical training. Her training encompasses various facets of assessment, such as neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic assessments, as well as evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She gains practical experience by offering her services to diverse populations, including adolescents and adults, in a multitude of settings, such as outpatient facilities, justice systems, private practices, and community outreach programs. Moreover, her clinical expertise extends to different treatment modalities, including individual and group therapy.

Christopher Weller

Christopher Weller is a dedicated psychometrician at NFN Brain Connections, specializing in the administration of neuropsychological assessments and meticulous scoring to assess clients' cognitive functioning, particularly after experiencing concussions or other traumatic brain injuries.

Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Subsequently, he pursued a Master of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University-Brooklyn, where he is currently in the process of completing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Throughout his academic journey, he has had the privilege of working with diverse patient populations in both therapeutic and testing roles, experiences that have proven to be invaluable to his role as a psychometrician.Outside of his professional pursuits, Christopher is an enthusiastic reader and an avid runner.

Jorie Peppers, MA

Jorie Peppers, MA has forged a career within the field of psychology, showcasing her focus on conducting neuropsychological and psychological assessments, providing crisis interventions, and delivering individual psychotherapy. Her extensive experience spans individuals of all age groups grappling with a diverse array of mental health conditions, including trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and autism.

Her educational journey led her to earn her undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky and her master's degree at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Dallas. Throughout her career, she has ventured into various settings, including private practice and juvenile detention facilities, where she consistently demonstrated her prowess in psychology.

Furthermore, Jorie has devoted her time to volunteer work at Children's Health Hospital, where she assisted children dealing with neurological disorders and brain injuries. This commitment to helping others underscores her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those in need.

Tali Lesser, MA

Tali Lesser, MA is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Long Island University Brooklyn. Her professional experience encompasses delivering psychological services to a diverse clientele, spanning children, adolescents, and adults, through methods such as individual therapy and neuropsychological assessment. Furthermore, Tali actively engages in research within the Cultural and Community Resilience Lab at LIU Brooklyn.

Tali earned her undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University, where she specialized in Psychology and conducted research on co-rumination among college students. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, she has a deep passion for reading, enjoys exploring cuisines from around the world, and occasionally participates in the Broadway lottery.
