Felicia Connor, Psy.D.
Felicia Connor, Psy.D., ABPP-RP, is a board-certified Rehabilitation Psychologist and a licensed clinical psychologist in Delaware and New York. She brings over a decade of specialized experience in neuropsychological assessment, cognitive coaching, and rehabilitation, with a focus on individuals facing medical and neurological conditions, such as post-concussion syndrome, traumatic brain injuries, and multiple sclerosis.
Dr. Connor serves as the Co-founder of NFN Brain Connections. She is also the Director of Training at NYU Langone Health-Rusk Rehabilitation, overseeing the APA-accredited pre-doctoral training program. In this role, she is deeply committed to mentoring and supervising the next generation of psychologists, with a focus on rehabilitation psychology and neuropsychological care for individuals with complex medical conditions. She is also an Assistant Professor at NYU School of Medicine, where she contributes to academic training and research. She delivers annual training sessions on pediatric cognitive remediation to medical professionals at the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine (ACRM).
Her comprehensive clinical practice spans all age groups—children, adolescents, and adults—and includes individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Dr. Connor's expertise extends to culturally informed assessment, treatment-focused interventions, and management of cognitive symptoms across the lifespan. Her holistic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused strategies, helping clients build confidence to return to work and school and overcome challenges related to depression, trauma, anxiety, and adjustment to disability.
She is recognized nationally for her work on cultural awareness, having presented at major conferences and contributed to important discussions on multicultural issues in healthcare. Additionally, she has been published in the areas of cognitive remediation and leadership development.
Dr. Connor received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, following her undergraduate education at Johnson C. Smith University. She completed her internship and postdoctoral training at Holcomb Behavioral Health and held previous positions at A.I. duPont Children’s Hospital. Dr. Connor served on the Brain Injury Association of Delaware’s board for the last ten years. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Connor enjoys traveling, reading, exploring art museums, and spending time with her family on the soccer field.
Natashia Brown, Ph.D.
Natashia Brown, Ph.D., CAS is a highly skilled clinical neuropsychologist and certified addiction specialist. She has a wealth of experience performing neuropsychological assessments, delivering individual and group psychotherapy, and providing cognitive rehabilitation services to children, adolescents, and adults. Her extensive clinical practice encompasses a wide range of therapeutic areas, including addressing life stressors, managing frustration, alleviating sadness and depression, addressing anxiety and worry, assisting with sport-related injuries, managing grief, addressing anger issues, addressing work-related stress, exploring spirituality, and managing trauma. Dr Brown has also assisted patients in addressing alcohol and substance abuse and addiction, emotions around disease progression, and adjustment to medical illness and brain injury.
Dr. Brown earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, completed her Ph.D. at the University at Albany, and pursued her Postdoctoral Clinical Neuropsychology training under the guidance of Dr. Elkhonon Goldberg at Fielding Graduate University. Throughout her career, she has held positions in various settings, including medical centers (both inpatient and outpatient), university counseling centers, community mental health and substance abuse facilities, New York City schools, child summer camps, and private practices. Additionally, she has contributed to the field as a psychology instructor for doctoral and master's level students and has served as a Senior Psychologist at NYU-Langone Medical Center. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her son, spending time with family, trying new recipes, meditating, and watching a fun tv series.
Taylor Groth, Ph.D.
Dr. Taylor Groth is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in conducting neuropsychological evaluations and therapy spanning the entire lifespan. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University's Derner School of Psychology and completed her fellowship in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation at NYU Langone Health Rusk Rehabilitation. With numerous publications covering a wide range of topics, including psychotherapy techniques, the treatment of eating disorders and trauma, the ramifications of medical trauma, and borderline personality disorder, Dr. Groth brings a wealth of expertise to her field.
In her private practice located in New York, Groth Psychology and Wellness, she draws upon her comprehensive training in child and family psychology, developmental psychology, cognitive rehabilitation, and neuropsychology. This extensive knowledge informs her therapeutic approach, allowing her to offer personalized therapy and assessments tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Bonnie Marks, Psy.D.
Bonnie Marks, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist who practices in New York and Connecticut and is certified in PSYPACT. She has worked in the field of Rehabilitation Psychology and Sports Psychology for the past 20 years. Her specializations include brain injury and concussions, neuropsychological assessments, cognitive remediation and memory deficits, mindfulness and stress resilience, treatment of anxiety, depression, disability, and life transitions. Bonnie shares life with her husband and golden retriever and enjoys nature walks, birding, SoulCycle, and family events.
Tiffany Ayars, Administrative Coordinator
Tiffany is deeply passionate about advancing the field of neuropsychology and cognitive rehabilitation, with a particular focus on supporting individuals facing cognitive and neurological challenges such as traumatic brain injuries, dementia, and neurocognitive disorders. Tiffany comes to us from a medical background where she delivered hands-on Occupational Therapy services to individuals with neurological and physical impairments. She worked closely with patients to help improve their daily living skills and cognitive functions.
Tiffany also has experience working for a local medical practice as a Vestibular Technician. She assisted the Delaware community by providing assessments for patients later diagnosed with balance disorders, dizziness, and vertigo. She worked closely with healthcare providers to conduct these assessments that evaluated the function of the vestibular system, which includes the inner ear and brain structures responsible for maintaining balance. Using various diagnostic tests like Videonystagmography (VNG), caloric testing, VEMP and vHIT testing, she assisted Doctors in identifying medical conditions such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), Meniere’s disease, and Vestibular Neuritis.

Monica Burney is a 4th year PhD candidate, earning her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Long Island University, Brooklyn. She is passionate about helping people better understand themselves through psychotherapy and psychological testing. She currently works at the Brooklyn VA, where she provides psychotherapy to veterans with chronic PTSD. She was born and raised in New York and currently lives in Brooklyn.
Allegra Califano, MA
Allegra Califano, MA is currently pursuing a doctorate within the Clinical Psychology program at Long Island University, Brooklyn (LIU). She holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the same institution. With a diverse range of experiences, Allegra has provided therapy to individuals spanning different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, across various research and clinical settings. Her clinical work has encompassed delivering individual psychotherapy in a collegiate environment and assisting individuals with severe mental illnesses such as prodromal psychosis, bipolar disorders, and schizophrenia, as well as addressing mood, anxiety, and personality disorders.
Allegra’s specialization lies in neuropsychological testing and assessment. Furthermore, she has actively contributed to research projects exploring topics such as the connection between family trauma and animal abuse, the correlation between violence and psychotic disorders, and the examination of how neurodevelopmental disorders influence the presentation and onset of psychosis in early adolescents and adults.
Margarita Georgitseas (MA)
Margarita Georgitseas (MA) is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Long Island University Brooklyn. Her clinical experience includes providing individual psychotherapy to a diverse clientele, leading Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills groups, and conducting personality and cognitive assessments. Her current research focuses on the relationship between personality pathology and emotional responses to social interaction.
Margarita lived and studied in Europe for several years. Before choosing psychology as her career path, she pursued an MA in Film and Philosophy at King’s College London and remains an avid film lover to this day. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and experimenting with different handicrafts.
Tyner Gordon
Tyner Gordon earned a BA from Wesleyan University, where she discovered her passion for teaching and creative exploration with children of all ages. She went on to teach in both public and private schools in NYC while pursuing her master's in education. After 17 years in the classroom and two years in education administration and curriculum design, Tyner shifted focus, earning an EdM in mental health counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. Currently completing her doctorate in counseling psychology with an emphasis on neuropsychology, her work centers on demystifying neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations, treatment planning from a strength-based approach, and empowering children and adults through executive functioning tutoring and cognitive remediation coaching.
Jorie Peppers, MA
Jorie Peppers, MA has forged a career within the field of psychology, showcasing her focus on conducting neuropsychological and psychological assessments, providing crisis interventions, and delivering individual psychotherapy. Her extensive experience spans individuals of all age groups grappling with a diverse array of mental health conditions, including trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and autism.
Her educational journey led her to earn her undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky and her master's degree at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Dallas. Throughout her career, she has ventured into various settings, including private practice and juvenile detention facilities, where she consistently demonstrated her prowess in psychology.

Anna Stumps
Anna Stumps is pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Science at the University of Delaware (UD). Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, which she earned from the University of Kansas in 2017.
Throughout her graduate studies, her primary focus has been on developing a robust research program that aligns with her long-term career aspirations of becoming a clinical psychologist. Her research approach involves employing a diverse range of analytical methods to explore the intricate relationship between stress exposure, cognitive-affective systems, and psychopathology across various stages of life.
Beyond her research pursuits, Anna is also actively engaged in applied clinical training. Her training encompasses various facets of assessment, such as neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic assessments, as well as evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Christopher Weller
Christopher Weller is a dedicated psychometrician at NFN Brain Connections, specializing in the administration of neuropsychological assessments and meticulous scoring to assess clients' cognitive functioning, particularly after experiencing concussions or other traumatic brain injuries.
Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Subsequently, he pursued a Master of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University-Brooklyn, where he is currently in the process of completing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Throughout his academic journey, he has had the privilege of working with diverse patient populations in both therapeutic and testing roles, experiences that have proven to be invaluable to his role as a psychometrician.Outside of his professional pursuits, Christopher is an enthusiastic reader and an avid runner.
