For patients with commercial insurance, we are considered an out-of-network provider. After your assessment, we will provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network coverage.
How It Works:
- Following your appointment, we will send you a detailed superbill with all the necessary information.
- You can submit this superbill to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
- Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment, and any reimbursement will come directly from your insurance company to you.
